Default UEFA Champions League, 2005-2006.

All group phase games ended. The biggest surprise this time is Manchester United out of the UEFA Champions League this time. They placed last in the group. So they can't even play UEFA Cup too. Bad luck to them for this time.

Knock out phase is waiting to start.

In this time Chelsea, Barcelona, Juventus and Bayern M. are probably the strongest teams in Europe. I think (and I hope) that Barcelona will win the CL.

Long Live Liverpool FC! First the World Club Challenge! Then the Premiership (yes indeed we are going to steal it from Chelsea and leave the feeling "blue")! Then the UEFA Champions League!

2005-06: Tis the Season of the impending Red Treble!!!

As usual Chelsky manager whinning about the dismissal when all most all the british paper agree that del horno deserved red card even before that. Messi may be an actor but this year oscar winner in Footbal catagory is Arjon Roben an favroite ward of Jose "irritable" Mourinho.
Justice done
Bye Bye Chelsky

No team is invincible in Europe. All it takes is one bad day for a team to lose.

This time around, at least 5 sides have a pretty realistic chance to win it.

bhaijanera next khela (quarte finals) jokhon hobe doya kore ei thread e pre-match ekta post korben...

I am a big football fan (hate sayin soccer) but i check banglacricket more often than any other sports site. Use to watch all of it bak in BD but now its all sweet memories...

Anyways b4 this thread disappears under the pile of BD vs Kenya threads, just want to request everyone for posting champion league highlights video link. I know there are tons of them in various football forums but if you can post some links (direct links plz like the rapidshare or megauploaad ones) here that'll be just awesome.

Eventually all the videos show up in google video but b4 that if some1 gets sth plz do share it with us. Thankyou
