I found BIDYUT

Shahriar Hussein Bidyut is uietly playing for Brothers Union in the league. Good to see that he is still around.

We used to have a good team. Opee and Bidyut created a good opening pair for bangladesh. Now, we have nothing and even these two players are out of it.

I knew that some folks wanted to know aout Brothers, so had to post this. By the way, I found out about himwhile working on the league page. Looks like he scored 62 against Orient (feb 27) and 48 against Indira (feb 25). Have not gonethrough the rest of the scores.

Bidyut might not have the so called talent but he always has a good temperament.

That's how he has become the best Bangladeshi batsman against Kenya. (Look at Bangladesh Cricinfo stats against Kenya - you'll get it).

Only if he could be brave enough to face the fast bowlers better (Sigh!).

Surely there must be somebody to match Bidyut or Opee's opening quality in domestic cricket? Or are we always going to reminisce on the 'good old days' when we had 'class' openers such as the above-mentioned players? *Sigh*
