TATA Investment at BD: Revised Proposal

I was afraid that bangladesh's national interest will not be served in the investment deal with TATA. The revised proposal by TATA is looking quite good!!!!

It does look better. At least they're not demanding gas at cheaper than domestic rate anymore, which is good (if it is true). However, do we really have enough energy resources to meet their demand? Is the coal extraction/export deal with Asia Energy going to affect Tata's project in any way?
