Would There be any Mental Advantage if New Zealand defeats Sri Lanka in the Warm up?
If NZ defeats SL friday than Honestly i believe we would a big psychological Advantage on Sri Lanka.
- If NZ Scores lots of runs I think it would add that much more to the ego's of our Bowlers Especially Mashrafe and Rasel
- If NZ Bowls them Cheaply it would give our Batsmen added confidence like Tamim and Ash
- If NZ Beats them in a close game, it gives the team a boost knowing they did something Sri Lanka couldn't
- If Sri Lanka defeats NZ in a close game our players would think were just as good as them
- If Sri Lanka Blow NZ away all the above mean nothing

It may, but that can backfire also. Our players are used to being the underdogs, not sure if they will become over confident and as a result under estimate Sri Lanka and blow it.

its not the equation... A beats B, B beats C....... So A is gonna Beat C...........
In cricket ,if u consider main powerful teams...like NZ and Srilanka, u can never say..
But i agree u on that point "boost"...But Bangladesh should forget past, should nt think future, just face present like the day against india is against india, the day against is against srilanka....

So, it has happened.
Lets hope our players can keep their head cool and make the formula (a>b;b>c; so a>c) work.

The only thing that matters now is how to restrict Indian batsmen (get them out cheaply) and our batsmen scoring lots of runs.

BC members are now starting to think the entire cricket world revolves around India, it doesn't! A good majority of people are putting India on a pedestal.
The way I see it the more talk India gets the more power to them.

Who cares about the moral advantage...
we are there to win and win we shall...
end of the story.
we have beaten NZ who beat AUS who beats INDIA who beats PAKIS who beats SA who beats ENG who beats WI who beats SL, still the fact remains the same....
we gotta play good cricket on that day...
and beat both SL and India..
we can do that...
