Let's get radical 4: Eliminate coin toss in Bilateral series

For tests and ODI series, eliminate the coin toss. Alternatively:

For game 1, visiting team gets to decide whether to bat/ball first after looking at pitch. This is the one advantage visiting teams get.

From game 2 and beyond, the losing team from the previous game gets to decide.

Boom, done! Hopefully leads to more competitive series.
