Default When are we going to see the last of Shuvagata Hom?

The guy can't bat, can't bowl and drops catches while fielding. If some BPL matches are good enough to bring him back then why not bring Kayes and Jahurul iin the team. Even Nasir would have been a better option, do we really need such bits and pieces cricketer when we have so many players who can bowl in the team already? (Mullah, Sabbir,Shakib)

Drop catch? I am 90% that even Nasir or Sabbir would not be able to take that catch. Heck it may have just fallen in short of him.

Either he is okay as a part timer, better than Jubair or Sabbir. But if he is not used as a lower order hitter he has no place in the side

4.4
0 Mashrafe Mortaza to H Masakadza, no run, another chance, and another drop. This time it's Shuvagata at short midwicket, moving forward quickly and diving to do all he can to get under it. But to no avail. Lives to slog from outside off again

A different angle was shown, only once, where the Indian comm felt that it probably didn't carry and I too felt that the same.

Either way it was a very difficult change. Imrul's drop was much much simpler

Hom was selected as a bowling AR in Tests, and he was awful.

For T20s, he was selected mainly as a late order hitter (according to one of Isam's articles).

Didn't know he has a reputation for hitting the ball (does he?), but I do remember him tonking the ball in one of the BPL games.

Very strange selection. One of those players, no good with bat or ball. A spinning version of Forhad Reza.

Hom isnt the only one useless..Riyad is just as useless in T20s..I don't see any experimenting whatsoever Mash should have had a rest and let 4 other fringe pacers fight it out over 4 games..but it wasnt to be..Taskin, AA, Rony and Shahid shouldve played the 4 games. Mustafiz should've been rested aswell. It'stoo late now.. Someone like Rony needed 4 games with Nurul getting batting time maybe sent in after Sabbir.
as for the only expiremnt they did it was Hom and it failed miserably I think this drop closes his international career. Thank goodness for that.

Both dismissals of Riyad were absolutely reckless and immature-not sth you would expect from one of your more experienced players. Tigers need another Shabbir type, unfortunately cant say there was one from BPL3
