Your XI vs NZ

We got off to a brilliant start.
I see some people suggesting Mash should rest or players with injury should rest.
This is not the time to rest.
If we want to carry this momentum in the next game we need all these players to play.

Initially I wanted Liton and Saif and Rubel leaving out Miraz and Me-toon but now it's clear that Miraz should play against all non sub continent teams.
About Metoon, well he should get another game,
Saif started bad but he came back very well.

So what I am saying is we should go with the same team, the winning combination.

At best Liton could replace Metoon but as we wonnwe could give him another game, also Me-toon did well in NZ recently

Mithun played really well against the kiwis in our last series. I think they will go with the same team. Mosaddek also played well. So unless Mosaddek and Mithun really struggles, I think its hard for Liton and Sabbir to get in. But lets see what happens

I would like to see Mithun.

Mind you England has a leggie and an offie and litton das should play ahead of mithun. Litton is also a better fielder.

Problem is Rubel also has good record against NZ

Even if Mash bowl 3 overs i want him in the team.
I remember last WC we had a tight game against NZ and Mash did not play, we weren't happy with Sakibs captaincy , we lost.
I dont want that to repeat, besides NZ is another team we can beat on a neutral venue, we can't let this go

^Unless it gets severe be assured Mash will play, so probably no change

In my opinion too, Mashrafe should be rested next match. So too Tamim, and Liton should open in his place.

Shakib is more than capable of leading BD against NZ. He is hungry and focused at the moment, and Mash will not be missed much.

NZ will be a much tougher opponent. For some inexplicable reasons, SA in both games have been lethargic - the passion was clearly missing from their game. NZ on the other hand has been focused and professional. They have formidable batting as well as formidable pace bowling. Should we win the toss, I am of the opinion of batting first. If we bowl first and Guptill gets going from the beginning, we might lose the match within first 15 overs.

Mash's captaincy was a huge difference today which also got acknowledged by the commies and analysts too. The way we used 26 overs spin was vital. He had an off day but its ok given his injury and also the fact that he didnt bowl his usual powerplay spell today. He has to play.. If we can be up 2-0 with 7 games to go, it will give us a lot of breathing room.

Team will remain the same I believe. I see no reason to change anyone here. In fact, our next change should be when we face a subcontinent team where I would drop Miraz and bring in Rubel.

Wasn't too convinced by Saif this match, he bowled a lot full tosses SA weren't capitalizing on that other teams like Aus/NZ etc would send into the stands.

If any change I would bring in Rubel for Saif

Saif only bowled 2/3 full tosses. And mind you Aus lower order are nothing special. His death bowling is good but he needs to up his pace to bowl better first up.

we win because f mash's leadership . even if he bowls 3 over, he should lead the team. if tamim is not 100% fit, play liton. he is in good form and cant do worst. rest team looks perfect

If mash plays he needs to bowl in the new ball. he is not 100% and was awful with the old ball today

Liton can't do any worse even if he plays in Mithun's position so I will go with him.

Good team, but how the heck does someone "captain from the dressing room"? What an absurd notion.
