Glad to find out it was Hannan. We needed Golla back in form. Great play.
Poor Habibul still cant make 100. Out at 99!
Funny.

I have a question???
What justifies sending mahmud before mashud?!?!?!?!? Especially when you are having a mini-collapse!!!!!

COLLAPSE
The innings is slowly turning into a farce....
asraful, kapali and sanwar out...lets see if mashud can once again do the rescue act....sigh!!!! will we never learn....its all the more tragic given the big partnership between golla and bashar.

Bowlers make it even
Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy 258/3d & 99/4 (31.0 ov)
Bangladeshis 232/7d
Commonwealth Bank Cricket Academy lead by 125 runs with 6 wickets remaining
Masri takes 2, Monir and Rafique end with one.
Great job by Sumon (99) and Golla (59) in a 146 runs second wicket partnership. Other then that, only Sanwar (26) an Kapali (14) reached second figure.

Match should be a draw
I think that this match is moving towards a draw. Great batting by Sumon and Golla and hoping that they play like this against Aus as well. Cricket is a game of uncertainities and anything can happen anyday in cricket. GO BANGLADESH !!!

Yes it seems logical that it was Javed and not Hannan Sarkar who scored those runs.
I think Mahmud came in earlier than Mashud because there was the thought of declaration at that point of time. But I can't be certain.

Habibul was playing great before chopping it on. Javed didn't do much, then started swinging and played a loose shot. Ashraful played a stupid careless shot to start the collapse. Kapali and Sanwar then did well before Kapali was caught (can't remember what happened). Sanwar was doing well before he was bowled. Mahmud was trying to pick up the pace before declaring. He played a glorious cut that was dismissed with a screamer from Scott Mueleman.
Mashrafe was a little loose but gaining great pace. He got one to kick up and Williams lobbed one over the slips. But Hannan went backward and took it nicely. He then bowled a bouncer and Mueleman went to hit it into the gap between the 2 men down at fine leg. It was airborne for too long and Tareq got under it. Tareq then bowled a yorker and bowled Worthington who was cursing coming off. Later on Rafiq bhai bowled one that pitched on a good length and hit the pad....i dunno about the line but it was given out. Sumon fielded well
I had a convo with Sujon and got my pick taken with him. I got autographs from
Golla, Sumon, Ash, Sujon, Pilot, Rokon, Taposh, Monju, Tareq, Rafiq and Masri
Btw this is not an article

Is the Alan Border field as picturesque as the Cricinfo picture suggets ?
H_fan, please tell us !!
I had a ninth grader friend who had grown up in that city - was always a mouthful in praise. But then again, which BD national wouldn't !

Yes....Allan Border Oval is a fantastic ground. The field is brilliant. But there are only about 100 seats....there is a big hill though where all the Bangladeshi families sat to watch the game. The only problem is my scanner's broken. There was 1 camera on one of the sightscreens but it seemed like more of a home video
