Rowling lost her flair after writing the GOF.
Order of Phoenix is simply horrible. I wonder what the movie of that will be like.

Ya, ur currect. The GoF of the movie version was just horrible. I could not watch it at all. I was expecting some better after watching the prizoner of azkaban. Azkaban was a hit for me, the movie version. The order of phoenix suck and let's see how the movie goes. I addition to that the last was wasn't that good either, the book that is.

The problem with GOF is that it cut up the story badly to fit a 600 pages book into a 2 and half hour movie. Result was that some key events in the story was left out.
On a different note, the way they represent Dumbledore is also annoying. In the book he is this mighy character, with enourmous power and charisma. Yet when you see the movie he is a worn out looking guy who might die any second.

Well Dumbledore is a wizard! It would be hard to find a Muggle his age that can walk, let alone have charisma!
My favourite book is Prisoner of Azkaban. Loved the ending!
Hate the movies. Goblet of Fire wasn't so bad.
Don't diss Order of the Phoenix. Lots of important information there!

They cut the storyline as much as possible, but "enhanced" the action bits. I don't understand why they had to invent a huge dragon chase scene for the first task.
Some poor acting didn't help the movie either. Dumbledore manhandled Harry in the movie, while in the book he never loses his cool.

Sorcerer's stone? Your quite late dude....
Her geniousness has diminished after goblet of fire....now Harry Potter is like a Hindi movie with all the melodramatic deaths and Harry's love life.
