Default Rumour 101: Rafique & Shahriar Nafees were to be Reebok contracted players

Saptahik Bichitra magazine brought out an article in their World Cup 2007 issue where it said in one point that Mohammad Rafique and Shahriar Nafees were the players to be contracted initially, but then Faruque & Co. took commission and now Bashar and Ashraful are the contracted players of Reebok instead of Rafique and Shahriar Nafees.

The article also mentions that Faruque & Co. also took commission for Ashraful's playing in UK domestic cricket.

Bichitra is among one of those respeced magazines in Bangladesh, but I always thought its content is as crappy and illogical as the worst magazines in Bangladesh. But my question is, did they provide sufficient details as to what gave them this idea?

Yes, there may be things like this that can always happen. But I would rather not take their word for it.

Dear Kabir bhai: The current Bichitra is not the same one you are thinking about!...The respected and reliable one was lay-off in 1995 for some financial and political reason!!

To us it is bad. To the potential ex-cricket captains AKA ( I don't want to name names) of those who are asking the removal of BCB committee is great news, don't you think? - Channel I thekey paowa.
