Default Aminul Islam Bulbul - First Bangladeshi Coach

The first Bangladesh test captain, is going to attend the level 3 coaching coarse as a first Bangladeshi. With 100% success in his brief coaching career, rejects the possibility of being with the BD national team now. He is more interested in A team/U19

He is definitely a prospective candidate for coaching future BD team. I personally liked his humble approach of self evaluation. He is also the ACB's development officer with Chineese team.

I look forward to see Bulbul go further ahead. I guess he was the first one who chose the right path in right time as long as coaching career is concerned. Lot of other senior cricketers were left behind by Bulbul as he made some right decisions at cetain points in time. Go Bulbul go!!!

AI Bulbul will make a GREAT coach for Bangladesh, someday Inshallah.

That day is still SEVERAL years away and he knows it himself ...

Anyway, here's to his continued success ... :raises_cup_filled_with_iced_mint_tea_with_honey:

I quite sure he knows that as well. I was lucky enough to meet him during one of his recent visits to Colombo, where he mentioned becoming coach of BD National team was one of his long term goals.
Wish him all the best with his Level 3 coaching training. Look forward to seeing him take over our A team or as assistant to Head Coach of National team and eventually Coach of National team. Even if he doesnt end up becoming national coach, given his success and drive he will surely inspire aspiring coaches. And when we have 10-15 home grown coaches of such type it will give our cricket a big boost. Building a proper infrastructure is vital for the success of Bangladeshi cricket, and coaches like Aminul Islam will form the building bricks of our infrastructure.

Best of luck to Bully.
He is destined to be good at what he does.
Cuz he's got the determination, perseverance and willingness to succeed.

He was like that when he was a player and he is still like that when he is the coach.
its just him i guess.

Really so.

Atlast it was nice to see a pure professional, growing up in BD cricket. May be as a coach, but hope some of our current, future and ex-players take some inspiration from him.

He is definitely on the right track to take the responsibility of our National team some day.

I wonder, why Sarwar Imran (Hope I got the name right), who had been with the national team for long time, along side the foreign coaches, why he didn't come out as a capable coach for taking the resp of national team, by now ! or may be he is capable and we are just ignoring him !

I guess it totally depends on ones ambition. Clearly Aminul Islam wants to go the distance which is why he is undertaking Level 3, and got involved in stints such his current role with China.

I say ! Now, what else did we discover in the report ? Was he a playing captain, or just a captain, like in the Davis cup ? Who did we play our 1st test again ?

Also, I think Siddons should leave the Bangladeshi coach's position.

Very revealing indeed. No one could have guessed these. Having identified all this, BD is sure to succeed in the future.

I think he just cut and paste all these suggestions from our own Sohel NR bhai.

All the best to Bulbul.

Did you guys know, that among the older players, Bulbul is known the most by non-Bangladeshis? I know so many people here who, whenever get to know that I'm Bangladeshi, they ask me about Bulbul's whereabouts and current career situation.

Does he knows kung fu? Beacuse the way some of our superstars are playing now a days, it will be very handy to protect themselves from the unruly public.

WOW, kung Fu would be handy for him, not to protect the players but to make sure that the players listen to what he says.

A kick can save hours or days of motivating letures.
