Question Worried about the personal improvement theory

The personal improvement theory started by our honorable coach must be a marvelous thing for the future (that may come or not). It is a bright idea like the invention of the multiple-captaincy policy.

But every good thing has a sad end and before that happens, I am really worried about the future of the theory, thanks or no thanks to our hugely personally improved players. The coach got his due credit to produce Tamim, Shakib, Riyadh, Junaed, Imrul, Mushy and whoever performs in some matches. But recently, everyone, may be Tamim to a lesser extent, is finding it hard to score consistently. The question is, what should we do in a situation like this?

As we have no replacement blessed with the application of the personal-improvement thory upon them, we have to either 1) stick to them whatever they score, or 2) we need to create another set of personally improved players. The later choice is a time-consuming process and it will take another 2 or 3 years for the coach. As we can not tell the ICC to postpone our international matches for that long, option 2 is not realistic. And going with option 1 is a bit harsh for the cricket world let alone for the BD fans.

Anybody finds any other option? I am just between the devil and the deep sea!

theory without application does not work..especially when the applicants do not know how to use the theory appropriately...are these players memorizing the theory and not applying and enhancing it...there were no personal improvement in bowling...alteast in today's match and last few matches except the win against Eng

Cricket is a team sport above all. It is not tennis for god sake . Personal improvement is useless if that does not help a team to win or avoid defeat at least.
