Should be simple to create a simple Bayesian model and predict accurately the number of responses before either the original poster or a respondent is banned. Or an HMM...

Sometime thread with good topic(although goodness varies man to man) ends with less reply

So, IMO, it all depends on members' participation following a good topic.good reply also few times, some funny off topic posts can make a thread more visited,replied. presenting a topic to attract the members is important too.

in BC many times members don't reply to a thread started by newbie or member with less post count. hehe that is also a point to note.on the contrary public anytime hit reply to ZeeshanM /Orpheus bhais crappy,vua topics :p

After all these threads, you still don't know? Just re-read some of SohelNR's thread or Babubangla's threads. Then read some of Shamim mIa or Hrittik's threads. Then read some your thread. If you still think your threads were god but unappreciated, then who cares what's a good thread. It's our own opinion that's most important, isn't it?
