Question Who Should Succeed Shakib & Tamim As The Captain & The Vice Captain?
So now that the tenure of Shakib and Tamim as leaders comes to an unpleasant end, who do you think are capable of succeeding them and producing better results as well as ensuring harmony in the team?

IMO Mushfique is the obvious choice as the captain but not so sure about the vice captain.

Mushfique. and Riyad I guess. we are running out of options. soon we will hand raqibul or imrul kayes. think of that.

Nafees could be a good option if he cemented his spot in the team. which he didnt. his play still is so shaky at times..

It is good to let Shakib off captaincy, it will relieve some pressure. He will be offered captaincy again in a few years when he will be more than ready, Bangladesh will voyage into a new horizon then

I don't see Nafees good enough (choice wise... Look at his shot selection) so Mushy and Riyad it is...

In terms of shot selection both suck. However, SN has more leadership qualities than Riyad.

Mushy comes closest, but he hasn't been able to cement his place in the team thanks to being moved around within the batting order. He isn't even a sure stay in the T20 team IMO.

SN and Riyad shouldn't come anywhere close to the captaincy. How about Mohammad Ashraful? Cheleta kintu nache bhaloi!

Nafees had a fast rise to vice captaincy, earmarked for captaincy, which he threw away with bad performance and ICL exodus made sure he wont come near captaincy very soon.

Bangladesh cricket is so screwed up atm. Mushy is most likely going to be named as the captain. Vice captain belongs to anyone atm ...

Mushfique for captain definitely. As for VC, currently the only sane option seems to be Riyad. Not Nafees, as he hasn't cemented his place in the team. And i'd like it if Riyad plays with more responsibility after he's been chosen as the VC.

mushy and SN,mushy simply because there are no other alternatives. however, i am confused about the VC. SN can't even cement his spot in the team let alone vice cptaincy...

Why Nafees? He had left the national squad in search of greener pastures. Why would you want your national team to be led by someone who has betrayed you in the past? And it's not like he's in the best of form let alone be in the starting XI.
