I find it a very balanced team, also good at fielding. As TE mentioned if there is a 12th man alternate option I would include Abu Haider to give him another chance. I think Naser brings better fielding option with mediocre captaincy, whereas Riad is always a gamble in terms of performance whereas a much better captain.

Naser doing great too. So, I will make Riad captain or bring back Naeem and keep Naser solely for batting leaving Zakir out of contention as he is not available.

A change in my team - with so many good choices, it will be hard to accommodate Momin. Also, his poor fielding will count against him for an LOI selection.

Soumya
LKD
Shanto
Mosaddek
Mahedi
Arif
Saifuddin
Abul Hasan

^^ Soumya is a rare exception who has better international stats than domestics (in all formats). IMO, he should be given this practice match, to be compared with his competitors.
As for Mizanur - why would you pick a player from NCL for an one-day match?! Don't recall he has done much in shorter formats lately.
I think as we are having issues down the order, soumya could be an option down there in shorter formats because we can have anamul and liton higher up the order. I mean a full flow soumya is great but so is anamul and liton in full flow and they have the consistency record to deserve a higher place, plus soumya seems to be less inhibited when he first begins an innings, he doesn’t seem to have much trouble teeing off from ball one where as the other two are probably more innings builders.
^^ Soumya will not get any late order role because he is not that good against spin (I suspect that's one reason his domestic stats are worse than his international stats). We have Sabbir for the role as he is equally good against pace and spin at late stage of an innings.

Soumya did have better stats
But looks like his international stats are getting worse by the day Posted via BC Mobile Edition
Soumya's comment to the media "I will still seek advise from Hathuru, though he is the rival coach now" cracked me up. He seems pretty lost atm. So, yeah, for his own sake, should be given a break from international cricket.
