Remember a few days ago when CricInfo speculated about ICC introducing 2nd tier ? Remember it was at the very top of the page in big bold letters ? Well guess where the news is that they're NOT going to have a 2nd tier ? Halfway down the second level ..

This'll always be the case. Credence is always given to the accusation. 'Thing will remain as is' just isn't a big enough news.

just look at our message board - the controversial ones get more hits and replies then the actual cricket related ones..
