Problem with Siemens Mobile Phone.
Hello,
I got a Siemens M-65 set. I also have data cable (DCA-500).
I connect it to PC via serial port. Then install MPM software. But it is not working. I am not able to download anything from my PC to Mobile phone. Because my PC not recognizing my set.
Can anyone give me any solution of it? Please help me soon?

Not sure specifically about Siemens, but assuming you have the sw installed properly, there could be something in-appropriate with the handset's settings - like baud rate incompatibility. Have you configured the appropriate port properly via the sw.
Also, do you have the option of using a PCMCIA card instead ?

PCMCIA
extension of a computer’s circuitry: a specification for extending the internal circuitry (bus) that transmits data from one part of a computer to another.
Originally designed for adding memory to portable computers, the PCMCIA bus is used to connect credit-card-sized peripheral devices as well.
