Maple Leaf, Toronto, 21 August.
- Bermuda beat Argentina by 111 runs.
Maple Leaf, Toronto, 21 August.
Canada had a surpisingly negative start and Bermuda could become best american associate.
Argentina and Cayman Islands are fighting for the region qualifier place in World League Division 3 2007. I would like to see Argentina go through as this could help development of cricket in the country and all America Latina, but Cayman are favourites after beating Canada on august 21.
These are today matches:
August 23
USA v Argentina
Bermuda v Cayman Islands

Bermuda is good, and even the country's locals are interested in cricket. But I see only one problem for them in the long run; their population.

I can not believe. Canada beat Kenya in 4 day match getting beaten by Cayman island. What is wrong with them. Come on Canada, for the sake us.

Update from yesterday matches:
Bermuda beat Cayman Islands by 93 runs.
Maple Leaf, Toronto, 23 August. [ Scorecard]
Bermuda 264-9 (50 overs, S Outerbridge 96, I Romaine 50, T Taylor 3-52)
Cayman Islands 171 (42.2 overs, P Best 55, I Romaine 3-16, S Mukuddem 3-22)
USA beat Argentina by 7 wickets.
Maple Leaf, Toronto, 23 August. [ Scorecard]
Argentina 182 (49 overs, A Ferguson 57, D Forrester 43, I Awan 3-51)
USA 186-3 (28 overs, Cush 73*, Massiah 54
Third win a row for Bermuda, who will win the championships in style if they beat their "big brother" USA tomorrow (like they did in WC qualifiers).
The fight btween Agentina and Cayman for a place in World League 3 tournament next year will be probably decided in their head-to-head in the last day.

Canadian selectors need to stop messing around with their team.

And Bermuda came out victorious in the Americas owing to Canada's ten-wicket triumph over the USA.
