Default bangladesh should bring back whatmore

this could be really helful for our team . if he comes back our team will remain same team what we were in world cup . i think this very important to bring him back because he knows how our player can do more better. that could be right decision for our team.

why did he leave the team in the first place? he was a brilliant coach, don't blame the Ireland loss on him because we lost due to determined opposition and a clumsy performance from Bangladesh off course we can play in bouncy pitches not the best of excuses...

my favorite player Dr. Rasel was injured that match so, it was a combination of Bangladesh "Bad Luck" Irish old "st. patrick luck"(allah forgive me here) and Bangladeshi clumsy fielding. we should have beaten England and WEst Indies too much ego after beating "# 1Team" all three teams we played after SA were "clumsy" teams we should have beaten them. no more "ordinary days" please "comment stolen from Bashar"

the only excuse that should be tolerated is a young inexperienced team that is way too young and that is acceptable for most players in Bangladeshi team

when the light of Allah shines upon us through Ashraful with hearts full of remorse, regret and anger, Bangladesh can defeat any opposition in the world...

Talk about complete absence of pride, perhaps due to low self-esteem. Behayapona is not an option for some of us.

I agree with you. Its so obvious he won't come back and even if he did I don't think bcb would select him. I think it will be a long time until we get a good parmanent coach bacause most people would rather be a coach of a really good team.

i don't think so we had enough of his motivations we need a new coach a coach who does his job not for money but for the game of cricket and who is technically good and a motivator i guess richard mac was the best choice but no the bcb thinks that he is too stupid.

Whatmore will probably not come, however if he did, I wouldn't mind too much as he would be much more motivated to the Bangladesh cause after being slapped in the face by India and Pakistan, he would want to prove a point and getting an enthuastic and fired up Whatmore for our cause wont be a bad idea. I wouldn't mind but our board (and most members here) maybe would be too big headed to make such a move, but I wouldn't mind one bit.

I thought we had a discussion thread about the subject matter.
and the answer is NO , NO , NO.

He is gone. No need to bring him from the dead.

Why whatmore? More importantly... Why Jamie Siddons, Dave Houghton and Richard McIness either? So that they can teach SN, Tamim, Golla not to leave a gate? I thought that was supposed to have been fixed by U-17.

Dont rely on emotional, half-measures like "bring whatmore back because our players won a handful of games under him". Fix the cricketing infrastructure which includes a lot more than getting a good coach for the national team.
