Worst Test defeat since 2008
For the sake of another new gloomy thread ...
I had been looking back on some of the old results and it may be surprising but true that this is our worst defeat in terms of runs deficit since 2008. We did show slight improvement in tackling longer version of the game in 2009, 2010 & 2011. We had only one innings defeat against Eng in 2010. Regardless of the stats, the fact remains the same, we are not really improving in playing Test .

No matter what otherssay, test batting was better under Siddons imo. To early to comment and all that but still.
He perhaps erred on the tactical side somewhat, but batsmen looked far better under him mo.

Yes, batting was good in JS times. We could rely on the lower middle order as well.

Maybe what Mushy tries to tell over and over again that the bowlers are doing well because Law is not messing with bowling but is messing with batting. Law should either help, not hinder, or go home.

As long as BCB pays his salary, he is not going anywhere.
It's the worthless fool BCB who needs to be sacked.
