Correlation: Bangladesh victory and united players
Did anyone notice when we win a game, the players tend to be united from the beginning of the game? Like when we beat India during the world cup after the death of Manjurul Islam. This time after the mass exodus of the players. I think Bangladesh need someone who can unite the team really well for us to get more of those victories.

are you saying we have to kill other players to make the REAL 11 perform? JK! i know whatcha you mean. but we didnt win cuz Rana died. we just happened to win that match.
its the skipper who should bring the players together. we cant just wait for some 1 to leave or die to win a match

Correlation is the Nationalism Glue in our hearts due to the exodus of many players with the win of the game. Everything has it's value.

In the last ODI, Bangladesh will again have a resurgence of it's spirits. I am sure they were most concerened about winning the series than a whitewash and hence they weren't that much enthusiastic about the 2nd ODI because in the back of their mind they knew that they have another lifeline ahead.
We will perform well under pressure. A little bit of stress is necessary, keeps us on foot. Our mental state will be superior to that of NZ. For us, it means everything. For NZ, the stakes are not that high because winning against a minnow and getting the coveted 2nd ranking won't be much of a solace. I don't care what the pitch conditions are in CTG, Bangladesh will enter the stadium brimming with just the right amount of confidence and spirit, knowing full well that they cannot slack off even for a second during a match and grind them fully.
This is it. I have a good feeling about this and I think BD will put on a show of their of lifetime for the last match.

Well a good captain should be able to unite and motivate their players to achieve their best.

The team is back to loosing mode. Does that mean players are no longer united anymore?

Yes.. also they should only fly on United Airlines and as they are earning a lot now a days, they should all donate a fraction of their game money to United Way.

Our players are doing the nation proud, part of the reason why we are doing so well is because we are playing so well together but also we have gotten rid of some of the dead wood that was in our team. With those people gone, there is nothing to hold us back now.
