Potato make you fat, right?
WRONG
It’s the fried potato that makes you fat. A baked potatoes with skin may actually help keep excess pounds off as long as you avoid sour cream, butter and cheese.
A mid sized baked potato with skin can give you some health benefits:
- You get potassium to help keep your blood pressure in check
- You get Magnesium to help reduce your risk of diabetes
- You get fiber to keep you appetite (and therefore weight) under control.

Well looks like now a days people are drepressed after recent BC cricket performance... and this menatal depression take toll on human body. Plus there is now world wide food crisis. Thats why I thought we should start talking about new break-through news (facts and fictions) in food and health.
btw here is another.....
A recent study found Saint John's warth helped relieve derpression just as well as prescription drugs like Paxil.

Baghro mama: Shorishar tel has zero cholesterol. None whatsoever. Cholesterol - animal product. Shorishar tel - plant product. As a matter of fact, shorishar tel in your recipe- the uncooked should be very healthy (no long chain of glicerides), and should have multiple added benefits.
- Morich has just about the highest concentration of vitamin C of all natural food. Very good for immune system.
- Choto piaj is also a nutritious food.
- You are allowed just about 1 full teaspoon full of salt (2.5 gram) from all food sources per day. So, its not easy to overdo that one-if you care to watch it.
- Worst thing is that bhaat, closest thing to sugar, reaches the bloodstream in about an hour.
Just eat with moderation

Any health benefits from drinking your own urine?
Conevtional Answer: No there isn't, in fact it can be quite dangerous as it contains phosphorous and amonia and other toxic chemicals. Consuming high level of phosphorous can damage your liver. If you drink urine, you put then in your body again.
Unconventional Answer: Though we have been conditioned to think of urine as "dirty," quite the opposite is true. Urine fresh from the "spigot" is actually sterile, devoid of any pathogens at all, (except in the case of a urinary or kidney infection). Urine is 95 percent water. The other five percent of our urine is made of dissolved and suspended solids, none of which are toxic. The two main components are simple salt and a compound called urea. In addition to salt and urea, other elements include hormones, proteins, antibodies and other beneficial pharmacological agents. So far from being harmful, urine actually does have known healing agents. Furthermore, if urine has a bad taste or smell, it is generally from the diet or habits of the contributor. Poor diet, poor habits and you will get a rank and smelly urine. The point is that urine components reflect the provider.
Urine also can smooth and moisturize the skin. Your face cream or wrinkle remover most likely has urea or a derivative in it. Check out the ingredients. Each time you use it you are effectively smearing urine on your face. According to John Armstrong's 1971 book, The Water of Life, expensive and elegant European facial soaps often contain human, cow or pig urine.
Historical anecdotes have said that drinking urine can prevent strokes and help break down blood clots and scabs. source

Call me old fashioned, but I think I would rather use my urine for better uses such as marking territories to warn of rivals.
