2014 Asia Cup Prediction Game

I came across this website called SuperBru. They are doing a prediction game for the Asia cup. This will be a lot easier to play than the usual fantasy league on cricinfo, since you don't have to worry about updating your squad every game day. You only have to predict who will win the match and by how many runs/wickets. I made a group called 'Banglacricket.com'.

Please Click here to join. Follow the instructions to make your account and join the group. I'll have to approve before you are officially part of the group. If possible please use your BC username, so it's easy to figure out who is who.

This is an example of what the "Make Picks" screen will look like. For now they only have 9 group matches available. I assume the final match will get added later on. One important note, you can't change your picks after you click submit, so choose carefully.

I hope we get a good turn out. This will be a really a fun game to play during the T20 WC.

So far we have 6 people. I expect the numbers to go up after the SL series is over. I hope we get around 25 people.

You can make your picks anytime before the game starts. If you want you can even go ahead and make your picks for the entire tournament.

Just joined, Ajfar bhai. Like everyone else, would have definitely preferred fantasy league but still something better than nothing.

Me too man. I would have put one together, but a little busy with my classes. If Bangladesh makes it to the final again (I know I'm dreaming), I'll put something together just for the final. It won't be the typical you choose 11 players. I'm thinking about putting together a set of questions regarding the match.

For example:
Who will be the leading scorer for Bangladesh in the Final:
A. Mushy B. Any other player.

How many catches will Bangladeshi fielders drop?
A. 2 of fewer B. 3 or more.

Points will vary based on the answer. Something along that line.
