From the nz tour, it is obvious that our players use very little brain when it comes to game planning. They seem to be somewhere else rather than understanding match situation. Be it batting(mostly batting), bowling and fielding.

I believe cricket requires lot of intelligence to be successful. Thats one area we lack substantially. We had talented hablu's like ashraful, however when he was on song he displayed few glimpses of intelligence only through his batting.
