Fate, or something else?

I wrote an article on the captancy issue taking almost 2 hours and more, but when I clicked on 'submit' button, I figured that my connection was giving trouble, so I copied the whole article on notepad, but I accidentally clicked 'no' instead of 'yes' while trying to save the notepad file.

Anyway, my topic was as above, but the main point that I wanted to say is that we have to look at our past history of captais first and if we can understand the reason(s) behind choosing the captains from the start of test status, then we could get into some sort of a solution, or it might be easier for us to get a solution.
