I also agree with you. I am being frustrated by Siddons tactics.

Even with the changes if the mindset of how to properly utilize our players is not changed, we will have the same result. Playing players with out of form in top orders does not make any sense. If Ash and Shakib are struggling they should come down the order to make room for the performing in form batsmen.
For bowling department, I still think that we will give up lots of run. The thread that emerged few days ago regarding coaching tactics had valid reason to be in the forum. Just one recently ended series where one or two bowlers succeeded do not gaurantee that our bowling department performance went downward in comparision to few years back.
Fielding is also a concern and wicket keeping failure is evident is also recent matches. Not sure if this will be changed within these fewdays after 1st ODI.

do not blame the coach. raqibul should be out of the team until he proves that he can play good length deliveries with ease.

U forgot to finish the sentence. Should end with "getting smashed."
I wish we had Rasel and may be Razzak.

At this stage of our games, those two were the best possible change. Good one, selection committee. ...now let's see Kiwi pokkhis against RBX and SFX.

Exactly.
Still without Ash and sakib's big performance (batting and bawling or atleast either batting or bawling) winning matches against big guns are quite impossible.

Nazmul had one bad over and he's out for Rubel who is likely to have ten bad overs. Interesting. But who knows, Rubel might surprise me. Go boy, crack some helmets!

he certainly will bang one onto the helmet.....bt in reply he'll concede 24 runs in the nxt 4 deliveries...tht's Rubel....
I believe Nazmul deserved the 2nd opportunity...it's better to concede 60 runs in 10 ovrs frm Nazmul....rather thn conceding 80 runs in 8 ovrs frm Rubel....!!!

probably a bit harsh on nazmul...but of the three pacers that played he seemed the weak link. good for our deshi wickets tho.
hopefully rubel can utilize the conditions cuz he will likely be the quickest bowler from either side - watch the radars for one-five-oh folks.
good to see rock gone...i hope aftab utlizes this chance to the max...if he keeps his cool, he can average 30 easily as rock did at a better SR. i have no problems with aftab being a more improved rock.
ash, i'm giving till the end of england series to see whether he can continue the decent form he's shown since whenever eshen's been compiling stats.
i like this XI the best.

I have to admit I am not too unhappy. Rakib has to come back sometime. For all his compactness, he does play away from the body when the short stuff is bowled at him.
Might as well have Rubel. Nazmul is no Rasel - who I maintain, we miss terribly . Nazmul cannot get away with his pace in these conditions.
Rubel and Aftab: two sides of the same coin: chokka or mokka !

The match starts in just over 3 hours and NOT 1 day and 3 hours.
