Will Aquilani be better than Alonso?

I think so he is young and i hope rafa keeps him fit when he is 100% ready.

Aquilani looks like lightweight- not good enough for premiership, although he may take sometime to get back to full fitness from a knee injury.

btw, Liverpool 2-1 blackburn, HT
Torres is back and scored a goal.

Good to see Liverpool not following Juventus on this. Liverpool and Juventus were synonymous this season...

Tough draw for Liverpool. I was hoping to face Benfica in the final.

Classic Torres goal. The perfect balance of power and elegance.

The foul took place outside the box. Great PK save by PR on Rooney but sadly the rebound ended up at his feet and he put it away as expected.

Great match so far ...

ManU 1-1 Liverpool, HT.
I have a feeling that we will end up with 10 men. Three players already got yellow.

1-2 ManU ... great cross from Fletcher as Park scores. Gaffa's defense just sucks! Let 'em penetrate and rely on a tool like Carragher. Neville also sucks but at least he has great guys around him playing a tighter, more aggressive defensive game.
