More important than "how man" they should tour other countries more often and play in other leagues. Clearly mentally and technically there are some serious issues. The boys are young though.

7 ... so I had to go with the 5-9 option. 8 or 9 is way too many IMHO.
The 16 I'd like to see in 2015, provided they perform their way into the squad:
1. Tamim 2.0
2. Fazle Rabbi
3. Zunaed 2.0/Abir 2.0
4. Mushfiq 2.0/Anamul Haq Bijauy (WK)
5. Shakib 2.0 (C)
6. Shubhagoto Hom
7. Nasir Hussein/Alok 2.0
8. Shabbir Rahman Rumman
9. Shubhashish Roy
10. Shafiul 2.0/Mashrafe 3.0
11. Rubel 2.0
Head Coach: Ian Pont
BCB Tsar: Shakil Kasem

If ICC makes the rule that the bottom 2 teams in the ICC ranking have to playing a qualifying competition with the top associates for 2 places, then BD might not even play in the next WC.

May be its not trying to look at the future but trying to find the reason behind our regular poor performance and not being able to play as a team to fight for bigger glory where Ireland and recent WI (although they are behind in ranking of BD) is fighting for as a team.
Understand ??

If we can solve our problem for 2,3,4 & 5, the problem with 6,7 and 8 will be automatically solved.

Look at the other teams, when their top order fails, their middle order rescues the team. BD does not have that luxury, I thought that these guys were tryng to build partnerships, but they are intent on trying stupid shots. I dont know if it is in their head that they have 50 overs to bat.

Bangladesh already investing a lot behind this current squad, we cannot just scrap this project and then start from scratch again?? We need to stick to our program and complete it till these players reach international standard, we do need few wicketkeepers and allrounder options to join the team. But do not discard these players and let the new comers take the spot away from the current squad without proving their skills in the development phase. If the new comers are the same as the current squad, the current players are better because they are already in the development squad and learning techniques from the coaching team.

Yes the future ZeeshanM. We are just recruiting new players countinously in our national team, giving inputs with high profile coached and modern facilities, end result is we are still playing with a squade of Avg. 23 age and they are not capable of handle such pressure like WC. Why this is happening again and again ?? What was the average age of our players in the 2007 world cup ? The commentators are still saying the old damn word "Bangladesh is a unexperienced side but full with talents". Stop there. I don't want to hear it anymore. I want to see players of avg. 28+ age in our team. Players with atleast 70+ ODI experience. Wheather the avg. or S/R is. I think only thats how the team will build up. Don't throw a player playing just 20-30 ODI and bring another so called talented player from DPL. Give him chance for another 20-30 ODI and again throw him out. DPL and Int'. ODI is not in the same line. Our DPL is not like Australia or England or even India standard. How You can judge a player is fit for Int. just watching his DPL ?
