That's exactly what I was thinking. They should have dropped an Abul from the top order and played Sunny instead in the first Test.

Agreed. Have Anamul open with Tamim. Drop SN and Junaid. Then bump everyone up 1 spot and have Sunny there. That would be a perfectly balanced squad in my opinion.

May be they want at least 2 pacers in the team combination. And even a bhangachura Shakib Al Hasan is good enough spinner for the team as he does make some imp breakthrough when the wicket assists them. Also they have other spin options in Riyad, Naeem, Nasir.
But I completely agree that the team should go with another specialized spinner instead of a crap pacer. Sunny or Enam should get a go.

Moyna Miah needs to rethink his attitude towards the game. Work Hard. And play a LOT of FC matches and not T20s.
Be warned! One can quite easily fall from the grace, Miah!

For the first time, I will be using this emoticon with regard to Shakib.
Shakib,
Your attitude is pathetic!

One bad inn and people start to question his attitude. It's the same way he scored that 96* to trash WI B team remember? Now he got out in the 80s and followed by one bad inning and all of sudden has an attitude problem.

I am not saying about his class and other quality but I am trying to say he needs to improve, mature and also justify that he is top class and responsible ..

Shakib bowled good today, just look at his economy on a batting track... he was unlucky not to get that lbw.. this is a sort of pitch where there is nothing for the spinner.. Im missing ctg pitch already..

After a long long time I've seen him enjoying his bowling.. He was very focused today which was soooo missing in the recent past.. The more he will bowl the more confident he'll get.. He just need that one wicket then you'll suddenly see a different Shakib Al Hasan (Inshallah)

Yep even though WI piled up a lot of runs without a fall of wicket, was mighty glad to see Shakib bowl well. He at least deserved a wicket if not two.

The trouble with this kind of track is that you can't even buy a wicket here unless the batsmen lose focus or get bogged down by aggressive field placement and accurate bowling. I don't see Samuels, Bravo, Chandu or even Ramdin doing the former when easy runs are out there to add to their career stats. With our ODI/T20I type of containment mindset from a clueless captain prone to extensive brain freezes, the latter is equally unlikely.

During most parts of Windies batting, there has been barely any close in fielder. The basics in field placing and attacking the batsmen were not right. You need to buy wickets in tests, even in toughest conditions. The west indian batsmen were trying to play safe and we allowed them to do it easily.
There has been a couple of occasions when the batsmen could have been OUT if there were close in fielders. Mis-timed shots or nicks could easily go to the hands at short leg, silly point or short fine leg if the fielders were there.
You always need to put 2/3 close in fielders while bowling in test whatever may be the position of the match. Our spinners needs those fielders to get wickets.

WarWolf, please get your message across to Mushy and the BD management somehow.
Mushy lacks the common knowledge and instincts of a captain.
