The corrects phrase should be: he is not in his element.
It means that he is not in a natural or comfortable situation.

Sylhet Royals proved why they are on top of the table, splendid performance. 193 is a big score, and will Royals will be able to chased that down? They have do it to stay alive in the contest. Taylor and Naeem gave a dream start to the innings and ten Doeschate pouncded on that in the later innings. Nabi was the pick of the bowlers as he conceded only 27 runs.

One of the commentators (not Sham, not Ata, not Russell - the other one) when the Kings were cruising at 116/0 off 13 and Naeem holed out in the deep after already having reached 58 at a 130+ SR: "Naeem Islam finally decided that enough was enough and that he would go for it..."

"batsmen need to keep their weapons intact until the final overs." Aqeel's advice to CK batsmen as BPL gets violent.

yesterday when Dilshan came to bat, his BPL stats were shown, average 18 (one match), and Orun LAl goes, " not a good T20 average..oh that's his BPL average."
