I mean what do they do to calm down their parasympathetic system? Spa? Pedicure? Manicure? Massage? That barber shop thok-thok-thok motmot (not the bird!) mochko "matha banaye dewa" head message? Ice bath? Liquid nitrogen bath? Ayurveda shirodhara of oil falling on temple? Shiatsu? Message? Chinese message? Thai messagE? Canabis indica? Exfoliation? Facial? Salad (peeled) on facE? Hot stone massage? Epsol bath salts? Swedish? Aroma therapy with patachouli incense sticks? Reflexology for reflexes? Deep tiossuie message? Sauna? Jacussi?

Help!! Help!! Can't sleep...
