Thats 60 batsmen position and 50 bowlers position for the top players. How many we got in that? just one!!!

How long back do they go to consider a player "active" in this case ?

If its 3 years, then with the varying number of participants, that number of 6 batsmen can easily bloat to 9 for averaging purposes.

With 10 x 9 = 90 being the cut-off point, all of a sudden the BD player rankings become more meaningful.

Hey, a couple of the players are ranked ahead of Imran Nazir. That's pretty decent, ain't it ??

Also, players only get a "full" ranking after 20 tests, so anyone who's played less will still go up the rankings even if they don't play any better.
