Kapali Hundred

Kapali scored his first hundred in any kind of competitive cricket (leagues, tests, ODI, etc.). He and Tusher (surprise, surprise) saved the National team with a 191 run partnership. Tusher had a pretty good score for a change but with him, those comes along once in a blue moon. Remember his 200+ innings in India last year ? Also, guess who scored a 50+ to save the seniors AGAIN?

As for Kapali, this is just torture for the other players. I have to hand it to Mohsin. Whatever he saw in kapali, it's gold. At least for Bangladesh standards. Now, if only he could start taking some wickets, I could start to sleep a little easier.

Yeah, Kapali has definitely been the find of 2002. The great thing is, he is good enough to take that number six batting spot, which means that even if he isnt setting the world on fire with his bowling, its not a huge deal. If we had to play him as one of our four bowlers and play a specialist batsman at 6, then his bowling would be much more important. Even if he doesn't take too many wickets, if he can do a stock bowlers job and keep his place at 6, thats good enough for me.
