can someone translate what 1:40 is relative to US East or Central time zone. Commentators were saying 6pm which is probably GMT. which is it?

the radio snippet i caught seems to indicate that they did use a helicopter. west indies cricket doesn't have any more money than bangladesh does, so drainage systems can't be expected to be world class in either place, although BNS in Dhaka got a new one recently.
As for rain, there is rain everywhere - a lot of england tour matches have been washed off in recent months - sri lanka, west indies eg. So, no this not another international conspiracy against poor Bangladesh.
I think in 25 overs it would be good to see Mahmud and Rafique earlier.

The rainy season is starting now - within a few week's time. I doubt whether the rainy season lasts until October - Shoroth/Hemonto ritu.

is it true that u'll have to have at least 50 overs bowled (1st+2nd innings) to have a result? that means will not get a result if rain comes one more time.
does anyone knows how the sky looks now?
