Who is good Shariar Nafees, Junayed or Ashraful?

Ashraful:
in odi: 8 , 0, 9 average= 5.66
in 1st test: 34, 24 average= 29
in 2nd test: 0, 4 average= 2
Shariar Nafees:
in odi : 12 , 5, 25 average= 14
in 1st test: 25, 16 average= 20.5
now junayed's performance:
in 1st test: 1, 74 = 37.5
in 2nd test: 18, 0 = 9
in odi= 1, 6 = 3.5
in 2nd test:69, 31 average= 50

Why would I show respect to someone's tokai background? He is a great batsman, earns a lot of money now (20 lakhs a year I think), but I don't think he is very well-educated and well-cultured, not that it matters a lot in cricket.
