What will be the possible batting position of Nafees and Aftab then?

3 Pacer

2 all rounders
1 wk batsman
Nice combination. 11 selected firmly, not to be experimental basis.
Again Latif, could be avoidable…

as mentioned earlier, they need to
prove that they can play.
they should have a crash course(boot
camp) right away.
If they slack off same result will come.
I bet they will wait till they go to that
country for practice matches..I recall
last time for asia cup all I hear they did 3
hours of practice where 2 hours for warm
up and fitness!!! when they do batting
or bowling then!!! Each batsmen should atleast play 20 overs of batting practice.
period.

yup, no more aziz in the team after this, let alone in playing 11. masri is coming back so, no need for nazmul. good thing we tryed nazmul and tareq here. even though we had to go thru another lose against an associate, we now know which combinaiton of 11 is the best.

I think we are too quick to call for heads - especially not being there or seeing the game.

Nazmul Hossain 10 1 35 2 - -
Tareq Aziz 10 0 61 0 - 3

Mohammad Rafique 10 0 32 2 1 -
Manjural IslamRana 10 0 49 1 2 -

Nazmul was actually one of the better performers along with Rafique.
The most expensive bowler was our usual solid Tapash. Tareq was not too good this game but remember his last over vs the recent ODI win against Zimbabwe. He was our hero then and now he is a zero. SO do we call for Tapash's head now?
Did the wicket ease up later and amde it easier to bat aftet the early morning clouds?
Did our batsmen contribute to the loss by not being able to score at a higher rate?
Note that the five bowlers completed their quota 10 overs. Was Rajin too much of a greenhorn to experiment with the bowling? Too afraid to use anyone else? Did any of the other's offer advice? If so, did Rajin listen or did they all let the him drown?
Too many questions.
Let's not sharpen the guillotine yet.

A key point. Taposh got thrashed. He already dished out 58 runs even before the explosive 16 run last over. Rajin may have indeed been reluctant to experiment. I have the same questions about this game. How could the Scots overhaul an imposing
score ? What was done (by Rajin) to check the run rate?

For One Day International only
1. Javed Omar
2. Md. Ashraful
3. Nafis Iqbal
4. Rajin Saleh
5. Habibul Bahsar
6. Alok Kapali/Aftab Ahmed
7. Khaled Masud
8. Mushfiqur Rahman
9. Monjurul islam Rana
10.Md.Rafique
11.Tapash Baishya
I know that there are only 4 specialist bowlers in my list. But i think the remaining 10 over can be bowled part time bowlers such as Ashraful, Kapali and Rajin. Probably it's a risk but we need a strong batting line up for ODI. Tihs way we will be a decent batsman until the 9th wicket.
What say you>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

mon bhai....
apni hoito janenna je alok kapali is not even in the 15 man so i dont think that there is any chance for him to be in the 11 man squad. and i dont see any point of playing mushfiq while chacha is already playing well. other than that your squad looks ok.
