No doubt. I was amazed all these years when the administrators insisted on not referring because:

1.It would undermine umpires

2. It would take up too much time

As if the present system of TV replays was not undermining umpires.

And plenty of TV replays can be seen by the 3rd umpire to determine if a ball was a 4 or a 2 !

Strange logic ! Anyway, reason prevailed. After all the run out a, stumping and, recently, the no-ball replays cut out those mistakes 99%.
