Random topic: Brett Lee's bowling action

I must say that his is the absolutely perfect action I have ever seen in a fast bowler. It's aesthetically most pleasing. McGrath bores me. Shoaib Akhtar comes close to Lee in his action being smooth and all, bu he always seem to try too hard. Brett Lee acts and looks like an all-time great fast bowler. Banglai Bolte Gele, Or Jaat-i Alada.

People who can appreciate the beauty in Lara's batting might get what I am saying here.

Do you have admiring feelings of beauty like these for any other player(s)?

Yeah, I love Lee's action as well. I think the best part is in its simplicity. You will see that he has no unecessary arm movements. He charges up to the wicket, has a nice backlift, full rotation of the arm and a nice follow through. Classic!

Difference between Lee & Akhtar:

1) One man (Akhtar) running to maim the batsman

2) One man (Lee) in urgent need to find the men's room

Nothings greater than watching him from the grandstands and the painfull thud as it enters Gilly's gloves. Then going down to 3rd man and harassing him for autographs
