I think this is a lovely idea! Its also good inspiration for the team and they know that we care. I think its best if the collage is made and the quotes printed at the back of it. You can take it to a local color-copy place and print it into an A3 paper or bigger.

At the same time, too many gifts would have been a hassle because they may not need them, but this is good!
