ভারত/পাকিস্তান কোন ব্যাপার না, মাগার আয়ারল্যান্ডের নাম শুনলেই ডরে গায়ে জ্বর আসে।

Don't suggest this in England or WI forums for they will be morally affronted.

It is certainly a shame you don't have a team to justify the hope.
Realistically speaking it should be a tight contest from Australia-India-SL-NZ-SA-Pakistan

Bangladesh got a good chance of beating West Indies and South Africa, Because both teams are weak against spin bowling. If Bd can do a decent job with the bat. WOW........ they can qualify for the next round. Playing on subcontinent conditions would be an advantage. Good Luck!

I would have preferred it if Bangladesh replaced Australia in gruop A. In group B, BD only has a chance against Ireland, Netherlands, and maybe WI. But in group B, BD would have a chance against Canada, Kenya, ZImbabwe, and maybe even New Zealand.
Btw, how many wins does a team need to make it to the next round

Realistically speaking, some unambiguous extrapolation of the improvement graph of our team does show us the way to the fulfillment of that hope. It's just a matter of keeping the gradient constant (or even greater if possible).

Lol... you realize that if we were in group B, it would be instead of ZIM. We are not ranked high enough to get three lower ranked teams than us in our group.

right. We are in such awkward that wherever we are placed it turns as the toughest group or group of death.
An easy grouping doesnt ensure us a place in 2nd round as we failed to qualify next round at last t20 wc. But in WI we qualified from group of death and in SA at t20 wc we also succeed from another group of death.
