Happy to be here!
It really felt good to celebrate this victory with all of you. Though we all live in different countries- you are all my brothers! I am happy to share this moment of victory with you.
The young ones have made us proud today. The day is not far away when they will make us proud again- in a bigger stage (InshaAllah)! May Allah fulfil owr dream by guiding this youngsters, Nafis, Nayeem, Aftab, Enamul, Nazmul and Shahadat- to become great players who would serve this country and hoist our flag in every corner of the world where cricket is played. Amen.
I love this board, I love Bangla Cricket!

This is indeed the best morning news ever! When I went to sleep Aus just started to bat and we dropped few catches and missed runout chances. I thought, "Oh well, here we go again for smacking!" Was I wrong or what!
Thanks U19 team for this win. You have made all of us proud and now we can dream of a day when you will make us more proud by beating the big guys. You are the young heros.

Wow what a win! That's a fantastic result and hopefully all the doom and gloom and fire-McInnes talk will subside for a bit! I last checked in when we were 125/1 so I knew there was hope but it is especially nice to see a match where all aspects of our game clicked, we faced a top class team and yet won a very close game. The fans at Fatullah must have had a blast!
As for fans, you guys rock! No TV coverage or crickinfo commentary but still 28 pages - wow!
I'll use my first Bangladesh flag smiley for this rare win.

To Ridwan Bhai.
Faltu Ridwan Bhai,
I love you too! But please curtail the "Kintu"- gramophone tape (kidding!). Are you from Virginia Tech? If so, do you know "Bangla Amar" bhai (he is from Virginia tech also)? I don't see him anymore in this board. I was wondering what happened to him.
Best wishes for you from the other side of the pacific.

What a miss for me!!!!
Just finished reading 28 pages of posts and was realizing the tension/suspense and celebration what I missed last night.
Hope the senior tigers will be inspired by this result tonight at Zim.

hey guys, we just beat Australia under 19, keep it in ur mind, we didnt beat Australia, so dont get too excited, wee i would get more excited if we could beat Zim, lets see if we could beat them, then i would be proud... i dont think Australia under19 was a strong team, i heard they r not good enough, even they didnt play their club cricket, only 1 player came from Austrlia cricket Academy, so please be practical, lets hope bd will win atleast 1 onday Vs Zim, then we can cheer, thank you all.. Bangladesh zinnabad... long live bangladesh.

Whew ... 28 pages in one thread ? Server shamal ditey parbe to ?
Great job by our kids and Enamul and Nafees led the team with ball and bat. Sure, it's the plate league but I won't spoil this moment thinking about that. We still have much to look forward to.
