What happened to Meth? I didn't watch the match. Seems like Shakib finaly clicked with the bat after a long time.
Anyways good luck against Pakistan. Show them what you guys are made off. Time for Zim to shine and go back to their old self!

well what i ment was he was the biggest contributer with the bat today for the win ... its been a while he won us a game with his batting. And either way I don't follow cricket much these days, just look at the score cards and results.

The replay that showed his teeth flying around like peanuts was like something out of a horror movie.

Bangladesh closed the gates after the horse had bolted. they could have won the series if the batsmen had more guts in the 3rd ODI. so sad, that they return to BD empty handed, this teaches them a lesson to never underestimate the guys you have beaten up many times, they should have been smart to find out what the opposition is doing and who they are playing. anyhow, also, they should have found out who the new players were and their strengths.
Zim was playing cricket against SA A and Australia A for a while before the BD tour, so they were well prepared for BD.
Anyhow, hope this is a valuble lesson and they will be better prepared in the next series.

I wish Meth all the best. That was 1 of the most horrifying injuries I've seen in cricket. Also there was nothing he could do about it. It was good to see him come back and I'm sure he'll be fine with time but wow.

He was okay,, he came back form the hospital losing 2.5 teeth and was going to bat but given they lost too many wickets, he decided it wasnt worth it. But yes, it looked pretty bad at the begining with blood, tooth fying over from his face. Was glad to see him back at the stands shaking hands with BD players later...

those Zimbabwe commentators are dreadful. they are funny, but have no background info about any non-Zimbabwean player.

It is good to let Shakib off captaincy, it will relieve some pressure. He will be offered captaincy again in a few years when he will be more than ready, Bangladesh will voyage into a new horizon then

He saved confirm 4 in the last ball, hit by Nasir. But in the process he lost two of his tooth. It was heartening to see in slow motion.
Good luck for him.

Zim is on an upward climb, they are determined to show the cricketing fraternity that they are a team to be reckoned with. They have improved as cricketers and as a team, they have good coaches and everyone is working very hard, I reckon in one year, they will overtake Bangladesh in the rankings if BD dont get their act together quickly because Zim is not messing around.
