Ieave religion out of sports discussions. I am sure people in Gaza are going to the mosques and crying too. Their situation is still getting messier.

Bowling wise, I've been harping on about this for a while, but it's high time that we changed our strategy to a 4 man pace attack and look to bowl the opposition out. I want to see aggressive field settings with the captain backing our bowlers. There's no point using spinners and letting the game meander along. For once we've got 4 decent pacers in Mashrafe-Al Amin-Taskin-Rubel.

Batting wise we should've stuck with Mominul at #3, he'll be our best batsman at that position in years to come imo, he can be our plan b with the ball too. We can also replace Riyad with Sabbir and give him a try.

1. Need the captain to stop talking Bull crap first. Stop putting your players under the bus. Take a good look at the mirror. Even yesterday you blamed the openers yet you started the collapse.

2. Get Steve Waugh and sit with our captain and soom to be captain (whom ever); lock the room for a day or two. They should have plenty of food, bathroom, TV and old videos of Steve captaining his side. Making changes on the field on the fly.

All our close losses are because of captaincy gaffe.

1. Need to change the captain. His defensive game plan costing us so many close matches. He can't think out of his pre-written script and does not learn from the mistake.

2. Selecting team according to performance not by the big name who has mama, chacha, khalu, bhaira or political connection to get into the team.

3. Selecting right combination of playing 11. What the hell is 4 openers doing their while Mominul warming up the bench who could be our long term #3 solution.

We always come up with suggestions about how this team can get better and also the domestic structure after these disastrous tours but have these players or BCB decided to change things to make this team better? Like we've all said they seem to expect different results with the same strategies while other teams are constantly looking at different strategies to improve, it seems ours don't.

It's sad because all of us fans want this team to get better and care so much but the question is do these players and BCB care? After all is said and done, we still remain a 9/10 side. I think in the end, let these players and BCB figure it out as to how to get better and stronger as a team. It is their job in the end isn't it? In the mean time, all we can do is hope changes happen and we can get better but can't get too surprised or demoralized about the results.

Thanks for the link Murad.

Why is this guy still talking to the media? Coach needs to start a gag order. With each loss there should be a monetary punishment. That would solve all problems. Taka shara kisui chine na. Desh'er hoiye khelte jai'e tho 70 allout hoi. Desh-fesh chinta kora baad dewa uchit. Unnecessary pressure'er ki dorkar? Jitley taka paba. Harley fine.

The current crop of players take things for granted.
They forget how Athar and co., Shujon and co. had to work hard to get ODI status ad then Test status. When we had collapses before, players like Pilot always stayed at the crease and batted out the whole 50 overs. The current crop aren't even bothered to do that!

Because some of our fans have labeled that as shomman jonok porajoi and that is the worst kind of defeat. So the players play for those fans. We all need to thank them.
