Me thinks this was my first thread it was either this or Tendulkar playing vs BCB XI in the Duleep Trophy.
I was burned for making this thread, no I was lynched for making this poll now all of a sudden we beat India and the New Thread button has become ever so popular and honestly people don't know what in the world there posting and clicking. I just want this embarrassment of mine be shown again and be a lesson to everybody who has become New Thread happy. Unnecessary 444444 or outttttt in Match threads are much better ways to get you post count up. I'm think T_E wrote about this but nobody payed attention and I thought bringing this up again just might help people cool off the New Thread clicks.
So girls and guys cool down with the

I personally believe Afridi and Ashraful are 2 different kinds of player. Their batting style is different. Only comparison is that none of them have made justice to their batting talent. But unlike Afridi, Ash has a long career ahead of him and he can change his batting ave. significantly.

When people read they will understand what you are trying to say. We are here to make our voice heard, not read someone else's long lectures. Spot on Cricman. Post #26.

you are right but i think every team needs an afridi type of player.it brings excitement to the fans.fans wait to see afridi hit 6's than inzi making 100 off of 130 balls.it sells more tickets.I enjoy watching big hitters like tanim/ash/aftab play; it unleashes excitement, and gives us hope to turn the games around!

Ashraful is better. If he was a Australian player..he would have had a career average of 50+ runs. Afridi is no way near..he doesnt even have all the shots in his book.

I think Ash gona be better than Afridi. But at the moment Afridi is better and this is because he got 5 years more experience than Ash.

looks like your right but if a few more stupid polls/thread come up i might have to pull of an allrounder.
Mods lock this thread because the discussion is pointless.

afridi might be genius. but he cant be compared with our ash.
ash has matured a lot. i was really surprised to see his batting against barmuda.
i think basher (or anyone in our team) wouldnt be able to match that
