Taijul at first glance seems innocuous. Good action but no great ripper of the ball. Hands/fingers don't look that big either.

52.3
Rubel Hossain to Brathwaite, no run, banged in, and that's the loudest of his grunts today, which means its a slower ball. 115 kph. Let through to the keeper outside off
52.2
Rubel Hossain to Brathwaite, no run, keeps to his crease to stubbornly block a fuller ball just outside off stump. Rubel concentrating on his pace here, grunting nearly every ball

Rubel's bowling close to 140 kph though. Those were just a few slower deliveries that you posted. Shahadat on the other hand grunts and produces 120 kph deliveries. Both of them suck though in the end in Tests. Rubel's good in ODIs and Shahadat just sucked in every format

Hom and Taijul look pretty decent so far. They aren't the biggest turners of the ball but what's important is that they're pretty consistent from what I've seen. Even if your not taking wickets it's still important to keep the runs down.

Hope that we can take 2 more wickets before today is done. Won't be easy though with Bravo and Brathwaite looking good

yeap can they bat 3 days full so that we can bat on 4th and 5th day? They have a huge chance of scoring the most runs in test cricket history (believe SL holds the record 952) if WI can score 1000 runs that would break that record and then we can TRY to play the rest two days for a shommank jokon draw.

"With BD bowling so toothless, WI need to up the scoring rate. 320-330 should be the minimum target with wkts in hand. Scoring rates less than 3.5 will eventually kill all interest in test cricket." Gee Steve, dramatic much?

Don: "Must agree with Steve to an extent, usually when the scoring rate is low you generally get to watch some excellent exhibition of bowling thus make it entertaining, but here to a large extent that hasn't been the case.. Hopefully the batsmen will soon pick up some pace and provide some entertainment." The spinners haven't been half bad, really

Tells the sorry state of our shuperstar bowlers...

Welldone to young Kraiggg!

As for BD playing eleven, non-selection of Anamul is the most basic elementary mistake on part of the captain and the "thinktank". He is the in-form opener on tour with an ODI century under his belt. Also a right hand batter and an excellent fielder. I don't see the wisdom in selection of both Kaedge and Veja Shamshu ahead of Anam.

If they both go on to hit individual tons then that would be something to tell one's grandchildren!

69.5
Shuvagata Hom to Bravo, FOUR, another one that doesn't pitch and Bravo tucks himself to another boundary, this time to the right of midwicket. Clever placement from Bravo, beats mid-on's despairing dive as well
69.4
Shuvagata Hom to Bravo, FOUR, midwicket dives to his left, but Mushy's cry of catch it was more optimism than anything. That was struck quite sweetly, and it was another full toss too. Crisply flicked away

Homo boy started to warm up on loose deliveries

74.3
Rubel Hossain to Bravo, 1 run, hits this on the up, but that cover field is packed! That's pretty close to the stroke that gave him a lot of problems against New Zealand, but this time he crunches it off the middle

Bravo had problem in NZ in that region but now playing good against us. Tells a lot how Rubel is bowling with venom.

Shuvagata Hom to Brathwaite, no run, dropped, but maybe it was a tough chance. That went with the arm, and opened him up and took a thick outside edge that ricocheted off Mushfiqur's gloves.
