one reason that Bashar bhai is SOOOOOO afraid is because of our last performance against an associate. Even after scoring 278, we only managed to beat Canada by 13 runs. canada is wekaer then Scotland. Yes, they did add the two new Zealenders who made a huge difference in that match, still Scots are generally better. Anwyas, so Bashar bhai was prolly just afraid that the Scots will repeat a Canada on us. Hence, play it safe.

Having said that, looks like a waste of a practice match. I was hoping to get a little more fight out of this and a little more batting practice (which could still happen).

So many over-confident talks!

Our batsman will have a tough test today - if our bowlers can manage to restrict Scotland to around 180 - 190. It is always on a brilliant batting wicket, or a very low target that usually makes a over-confident side like ours to lose head and do something erratic.

Our batting is consdierably better than our bowling, for a tournament we need to build up on our strenghths

Very poor Tigercricket's WC coverage I must say. In the age of text messaging a ball-by-ball update was easy. Any teenagers could do this and at the same time update the score. Very unprofessional.
