Guys 100s are individual's achievement. From a team's point of view difference between 94 and a hundred is only 6 runs. I won't mind if both Pilot and rafiq go upto 90s and get out..hehe

In the immediate micro context of a game - you are correct. However in a macro level, #of batsmen with test centuries is used as a barometer of a team's ability to play five-day matches (long innings) and they tend to improve batsmen's averages - yet another indicator used by statistician.
BD needs more batters with centuries, and more centuries from Ashraful, Bashar et al.
