Umpires decisions also not helping , a few centimeters and umpires call saved Russell during the beginning, it was so close . No 50-50 decisions going our way as expected

Yeah would’ve been an interesting match if Russell got out there

Samuels would have played more cautiously, and provided us with another one of his classic innings

Should open with Russell in the remaining matches...more brutal than Gayle at this point

Make Riyad captain of t20 side. Shakib is hopeless as a captain. His overrelaince on spin nothing new.

This total, especially after it was reduced was not close to being enough

Between Soumya Anamul Kaedge and Liton it is like a competition on who can play worse.

Did not convince me as t20 batsman, looked composed and rotated the strike well enough but only hit one good boundary shot. Maybe it was because he was trying to consolidate? But his innings suited ODIs and test cricket better. Room to improve his technique but that’s the same for any of the BD batsmen.

That is not good news. Lets see how he goes in the 2nd game. We desparately need a performing young player in the side

Not like Tamim played the most sensible out of all our openers either. Dancing down the track first ball of the match

Liton did okay today but we really need to drop some of the players who aren't T20 players. Also what was Shakib thinking selecting 2 pacers only.

Liton struggled with the pace today, something for him to work on.

If you thought our ODI opening was bad, T20 is even worse with Tamim's lack of excellence in this format. Averages 17 with SR of 108 against top 10 teams. Dismal.
