Ditto.

Nafees has to do something extraordinary to regain his place in national team IMHO.

I am goona stick my head out and say Tamim is not required for t-20. He hits boundaries but plays as many dot balls. His strike rate is not great. I would be happy with Shamsur and Anamul

Once we are in the main event, players with good technique will be required, and that is where we can bench Anamul for Tamim

Looks like a selectors' squad too to me. The best possible one too.

How can you be so sure when Zia is not there? He has done nothing to get in but he will still end up making it. So can't agree with you there

with the current form of our bowlers no total will be enough to defend. What happened to yorkers?

The hour must be at hand....I, actually, mostly agree with you...here!

I might also add beside playing those dot balls Tamim will run himself or others out because of his EXTREMELY poor running between the wickets -which stems from his being terribly unfit.

So, he better flatten those man-boobs, exercise hard, lose weight, work hard on RBW and get match fit. Otherwise, he can stay home and smoke two packs a day and eat toilacto biri and biriyani, together.

lol,jatiyowash
wow, that's some great batting by Kopa,Mushy(again but needed to keep going) , Momin & Mithun.
Shabbir played well today & in the previous match, what was good about his batting is he usually is the aggressor but in the 2nd & 3rd match played a very good supporting role.
Hopefully this is a beginning of a matured Shabbir who will find consistency.
And it's really funny how like me many here now wants Mominul in the T20 squad, even last match not many thought like this.

This series has been really good because it once again proved how poor our bowling is, and also who are the players who shouldn't play T20,
I think when Tamim & Sak comes back from their personal festivities Sakib should replace Naeem,Tamim replace Vijay, Ryad hasn't been good so we need someone to challenge him,
btw why is Roquibul not playing ? he was in a beast mode during DPL.is he on honeymoon?

what i meant was against the associates we can have the flat track bullies hitting those boundaries but our eventual group will have pakistan australia and co.. so Anamul won't be able to do much and Tamim's 30 ball 30 with 4 sixes will be more valuable.

plz akhon CMH e pathaiyona...

Bijoy lower down the order could work because he can hit the boundaries and the ball would be older. But lets say Nasir, Shakib, Tamim and Mominul gets back into the side then the competition will be really tight for that no. 7 slot. Naeem, Ryad, Shabbir, Anamul could all be fighting for that slot and with Anamul primarily seen as a top order player and not being an all rounder, it would work to his disadvantage

Without Tamim Shakib Nasir and Mominul, this is hardly a national team batting order to be honest. But the bowlers really have no excuse for this performance. 188 should have been defended

I doubt anamul despite he is good against our domestic bowlings, he needs footwork correction until then he should stay away from national team. Good to see momin doing well and newcomers like shabbir or mithun performing ok. Though mithun is like once in a bluemoon kind of performer not consistance enough but he is looking good for future. I think shabbir can be one to add to T20 squad.

@Tiger Manc

Naeem??!! And when going gets tough Momin at #6 will be wasted since hes more of an stroke maker than someone who can clear the ropes. So i would put him 3 and Shak at #5 nasir at #6 Shabbir #7

Shakib has been doing well @3 so i wont change that, i would put momin @4

Momin is deadlocked @4 in tests and i think he can lock 4 for T20 as well, if he can figure out ODI @4 i think our worries with 4 would be over like its over with 5 6 and 7(shakib,mushy nasir for ODI and test)
