very important partnership now for SL
lead now 70, anything over 200 on this pitch may be challenging

Wow what a test match this is turning out to be..its a real shame that the pitch had to be so flat last test..cricinfo says its advantage Sri Lanka but I feel its 50/50 now..I mean Tendulkar, Raina, VVS, and Dhoni still are there to knock off 204 runs while the Lankans have to pick up 7 wickets which will not be easy..their gonna have to be extremely aggressive from the start..the pitch might be deteriorating though so maybe thats why cricinfo is saying Sri Lanka has the advantage..

You know the glitzy award ceremony they hold every year for different categories. Is it Wisden? or Cricinfo ESPN ? Not sure which one. Aamer is my pick for Emerging cricketer as well.
About the match : India are poised to win this test. 200 or so with seven wkts. All they need is one batsman to score a high fifty/hundred, and others chippin in around him.
There is a lot of talk about the demise of Aussis no.3. I think India no.3 is in the same situation, if not worse, and I think we are watching the last of the stalwart Dravid. He probably has one more big hundred in him, just becasue he is great, and after that he will call it a day. Prodeep nibhar agey ekbar joley uthe...

I think both of us were wrong !
it's the ICC awards. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ICC_Awards
re: dravid, I want to see him go on his own terms on a high note, like ganguly did, same for the other two.

khali mediocre bowling bolle cholbe, getting 20wkts is all that matters, sri lanka's batting is quite strong and they had batted first too.
